A full-time vacancy has arisen for an experienced Healthcare Science Assistant in the Blood Science service at Furness General Hospital, University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust.
Based in the Biochemistry laboratory, you will be joining a busy team providing an essential service for patients in the North Lancashire and South Cumbria area.
Anyone newly appointed to the Trust will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period (this includes bank staff). This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the role and working environment.
You will be contracted to work 37.5 hours per week, 12:30 - 20:30, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute break.
