Deputy Associate Director of Operations (DADOP) for the Womens and Childrens Care Group |
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated Senior Leadership Team within the WACS Care Group. We are looking for a highly motivated DADOP to help manage our service across acute and community services.
Work with our Senior Team and Service Managers to ensure our Care Group delivers high quality safe care to our women, families, children and young people of Morecambe Bay.

You will be responsible for line managing the team of Service Managers in WACS, ensuring effective Triumvirate working within the Clinical Business Units and ensuring delivery of optimal operational performance standards for the Women's and Children's Care group.

Anyone newly appointed to the trust will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period (this includes bank staff). This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the role and working environment.
You will have responsibility for specific Care group projects to support the restoration, recovery and transformation of services.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
