To work as an the Manager and an individual within the Physiotherapy team in a MSK role looking after members of staff who are referred with MSK and/or work related issues. You will be providing specialist physiotherapeutic assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice for a range of conditions and helping staff get back into the workplace
To work as an autonomous practitioner taking responsibility for the management of patients on own caseload without direct supervision
To assist in the planning & delivery of departmental training and education sessions for managers and staff, Work with Occupational health teams to offer advice and guidance
To maintain effective communication links with patients, and associated professional practitioners regarding patients condition, including the completion of accurate clinical records in line with trust and professional body codes of practice.
To participate in planned research and audit as required and ensuring the SEQOHS requirements are maintained.
Anyone newly appointed to the trust will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period (this includes bank staff). This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the role and working environment.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
